As far as I am aware no real "issue" cropped up with Drawkill they simply seemed to just did some designs for the 1 "Freddy, Foxy, Chica, and Bonnie" and some of the 2 animatronics "Mangle, Puppet, Toy Bonnie, Toy Chica, and Toy Freddy" then just moved onto other stuff mostly their own designs/characters.

As others have stated, they were fan designs by the artist Drawkill back in 2014, shortly after the release of the first game. They also did a couple FNaF 2 designs. They do some amazing dark atmospheric artwork, you should check them out (just don't expect a lot FNaF content as they primarily focus on personal projects, only dipping into fan content once in a great while).
